Prof. Alma Harris and Prof. James P. Spillane have been at the forefront of research on educational leadership, school improvement, transformation and change. Their work is at the leading edge of school improvement and points to the potential value that can be accrued from the strengthening of school leadership, of distributed leadership and of talent management.
