Prof Andrew Hargadon Masterclass

Building on the theme of leadership of innovation, this  masterclass will be presented by Prof Andrew Hargadon, one of the leading scholars on innovation as well as an accomplished innovator in his own right. His research has shown that opportunities for innovation are often fleeting-individual creativity and organizational innovation depend more on what people have done before they face a crisis or recognize an opportunity, and what they do afterwards, than on the moment of opportunity itself . In this interactive class Andrew will focus on how to organize for innovation—the importance of a network perspective of innovation, the capabilities of continuously innovating, the dynamics behind breakthrough innovations and as how leaders can exploit these dynamics in their individual careers and in their organizations.
