Good practice

In every school there are things that work and work very well. In numerous  schools, there are head teachers, senior leaders and teachers who  are doing great work that can inform the practice of other colleagues elsewhere.

Some of this work as reported in professional journals and publications will be summarised here.

But we also would like to invite heads, senior schools leaders and teachers to share good practice, insights and reflections so as to create a platform for promoting a Community of Practice. To start with we will provide some of the background to the thinking behind a Community of Practice.
